 With over 30 years of experience in supplier management at Sainsburys, Currys and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Lyndsey has honed her skills in optimizing supplier relationships and ensuring efficient operations. Starting her career three decades ago, she quickly developed a knack for identifying top-tier suppliers, negotiating valuable contracts, and implementing innovative strategies. 

At SM IQ, Lyndsey leverages her extensive expertise in risk management, compliance, performance evaluation, and strategic sourcing to deliver exceptional service. Her leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach, transparent communication, and a deep appreciation for cultural diversity across various industries, including tech, pharma, TV, DIY, and FMCG. Outside of work, Lyndsey enjoys mentoring, coaching, and volunteering, always striving to build strong, lasting relationships for mutual growth and success.  

 Andy is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in driving substantial commercial partnerships, strategic procurement, and complex transformations across diverse sectors, including retail, e-commerce, distribution, services, public services, and financial sectors. He has transformed supply chain capability in the public sector contributing to broader commercial reform programs. He provides overall professional leadership and strategic direction for large supply chains, including the design, architecture, and future development of end-to-end capability. Andy is also proficient in developing digital and technology strategy for the supply chain, driving transformation to achieve an integrated, efficient, and effective capability. His previous roles include Director of Supplier Management at Sainsbury's, Group Head of Strategic Supplier Management Procurement & Change at Curry’s, and Head of Commercial & E-Commerce at Walgreens Boots Alliance. 

 Jose has extensive experience in supplier management, having held senior roles at Sainsburys, British Telecom, Dixons Carphone, Barclays Bank, and Westcoast Ltd. At Sainsburys, he led the supplier management strategy, transformation programs, and vendor management, managing contracts worth billions and achieving significant cost savings. At British Telecom, Jose managed strategic suppliers in technology and legal services, delivering a supplier consolidation program and at Currys, he led procurement sourcing and vendor management, achieving substantial savings. His roles at Barclays Bank and Westcoast Ltd involved commercial and contract management, supplier relationship management, and strategic partner development. Jose’s leadership is marked by his ability to implement effective strategies, manage large teams, and deliver exceptional results.
